Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu: du jamais vu en 150 ans
Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu connaît des inondations sans précédent. Le pont Gouin reliant les deux rives est fermé depuis lundi midi. La circulation sur le chemin des Patriotes (route 133) est perturbée. Les terrains de sport du Collège militaire sont envahis par l’eau.

I would like to take the time to thank Le Canada for thier very good covrage of the rising waters in and around my home town of St Blaise . Gives me the feeling that at least someone is looking out for the friends and family still in thier homes bailing out thier basments .Both my Mother and Sisters homes on the 9th ave are like little islands in the river with it seems very little help from other then family ,Your reporting gives me more then just a little slice of home but the whole pictuer .
